Connect and Care – IPV support

This weekly program is to support women and gender diverse people who have experienced or are experiencing intimate partner violence. This program will provide information on a variety of topics that connect to intimate partner violence which impact their life. The outcome is to reach as many women and gender diverse people as possible so they can avail of weekly information sharing and peer support. We will be covering a variety of topics related to IPV. This program will be held Friday’s in-person and virtually. Sessions will be 1:30pm-3pm in-person or zoom. Topics include, exploring IPV, respectful relationships, digital safety, IPV and parenting, self-compassion, challenging unhelpful thoughts and many more.
