Word After Word: Journaling Group for Healing & Relaxation

Word after Word is a six-week, cozy journaling program to explore the power of words for healing and relaxation. It is designed particularly for women and gender-diverse people who are interested in self-discovery, recovery, and social connection. This program is dedicated to building a relaxed, caring, supportive, participant-centered, beginner-friendly, and non-judgemental community. Each session introduces one or two journal types and focuses on one theme. In the program, participants will experiment with various journal types, such as group journal, list journal, gratitude journal, rant journal, self-development journal, ideas journal, and dream journal. The themes include getting started, senses, point of views (POVs), self-care, self-discovery, magic, the outdoors, and dreams. The details of the sessions may change based on the participants’s weekly reflections.
