For over two decades, Natasha has worked with non-profit organizations across multiple provinces, bringing a person-centred, community-minded approach to leadership and advocacy. Deeply committed to supporting vulnerable populations, Natasha is passionate about creating more inclusive communities and advancing meaningful supports for women and gender-diverse people who have experienced or are experiencing intimate partner violence. Throughout her career, Natasha has built strong relationships across community organizations and non-profit sectors, working collaboratively to strengthen services, amplify voices, and create positive change. She brings a thoughtful and compassionate leadership style grounded in respect, dignity, and the belief that everyone deserves to feel heard, valued, and supported.
